Embrace was originally designed when John was a student. The original brief was set to design a modern take on the Isokon Penguin Donkey, that was within 10% of the originals dimensions. The outcome was “embrace” an award winning piece of furniture, designed to store magazines, books and be used as a table.

Most designers might have been daunted, then, when asked to create a contemporary version within 10% of the original’s dimensions. Not John Green, who responded to the brief with his signature blend of elegance, innovation and respect for the tradition of his craft. Embrace, an award-winning storage unit, magazine rack and occasional table, consists of two pieces of walnut that can be ‘embraced’ together or used as a stand-alone laptop table, bench or even breakfast tray.
Made in the UK, each table is numbered, stamped and signed by the designer. Limitless design.

Furniture delivery:Larger furniture is delivered by our small shipping partners using one or two men when required. The drivers will phone you in advance to arrange delivery time with you.
