No quibble returns
If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen or if you need to return them for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
This 14 day guarantee doesn't apply to non-standard, customised, made to order or special order products nor to cut by the meter wallpaper or fabric. Obviously should such items be defective we will gladly offer a refund and an apology.

Terms and Conditions
In order for us to be able to price match a product the item must be identical, from the same manufacturer and the same size and colour and not advertised as part of a sale or clearance of lines. The retailer must also be an approved or licensed supplier and sell through a bona fide website. The item must also be available for delivery within the same timescales and be delivered via the courier network. If these conditions apply and the total cost, including delivery and any other charges, is lower then we will price match that price.
Free UK Delivery on items costing £70 or more other than large volume or very heavy products such as dining room tables. Don’t worry! Any delivery cost will be displayed before payment in the checkout procedure.

Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 for orders under £70.00, and free for orders of £70.00 or more. Your order will be delivered within 2-7 working days.
Next Working Day Delivery
If the products are in stock in our warehouse then they are available for next day delivery and you can choose this option at the checkout.
UK Next Working Day delivery is £7.95. Your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 12:00 UK time on a working day, and should be with you the following day. If you live in Scotland and other remote areas your order might take two days.
Nominated Day Delivery:
We are very flexible and you can indicate the day you want to receive your order. We try to do our best to get your order to you on the day you choose. Nominated Day excludes weekend deliveries.
Furniture Delivery:
The shipping of small furniture like dining chairs, small coffee tables and side tables is free
The shipping of sofas, large dining tables and garden furniture is between £50- £80. If the order exceeds £3000 then the delivery is free.
