The designer uses a new construction method that eliminates visible welding, resulting in a product with outstanding aesthetic.
The chair captures the playful, creative spirit of Diabla, incorporating 19 aluminium tubes with curvilinear shapes that are arranged in a harmonious, floating manner.
Samuel Wilkinson, the designer, explains that while designing a chair may seem easy, creating a well-designed one is much more challenging. Despite its simplicity, the Tuba Chair is the result of a highly technical process.
