If you need samples (fabric, weave, wood …etc.) please just let us know and we will send them to you by post.
Our suppliers are operating as usual.
Our British and European suppliers are sending orders as usual and we have not seen any delays.
They have all been updating us about how they are taking strict precautions to protect their employees while making sure that they fulfil the orders and send them in time.
Our warehouse is open.
Our stock is managed, and our orders are fulfilled by a family run warehousing business. They are taking all the necessary measures to protect the staff.
Those who don’t drive are given a lift every day by the warehouse manager in order to avoid public transport.
There is enough space in the huge building and the workers are making sure to leave several metres between each other.
Orders for stock items are processed the same day but packaging might take more than a day, so we can’t guarantee next day delivery.
We use UK Mail, DHL, DPD Local and Royal Mail. They are all operating as normal.
When delivering your parcels, the drivers will put the parcels outside your door, step away and wait for you to answer the door before they leave.
For those who are self-isolating and unwilling to open their doors, you can leave a note at your front door to ask the drivers where to leave the parcel and they will take a photo.
